The Site offers a tool that helps you check whether your email address may appear in known, publicly reported data breaches, and provides information about, and referrals to, third-party identity-protection services such as OmniWatch. We are an independent advertising and referral website and are not the provider of OmniWatch or any identity-protection service. We are not a credit bureau, financial institution, law firm, or government agency, and nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The breach-scan results are provided for general informational purposes and are based on data made available by third parties. We do not guarantee that the results are complete, accurate, or current, and an absence of results does not mean your information has not been compromised. No service can prevent all identity theft or guarantee the security of your personal data.

4. Third-Party Products & Links

The Site contains links and referrals to third-party products and services, including OmniWatch. Your purchase or use of any third-party product is a transaction solely between you and that provider and is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for, and make no warranties regarding, any third-party product, including its pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, performance, or availability. Review the provider's terms and pricing carefully before purchasing.

5. Affiliate Compensation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Submit an email address you are not authorized to check.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT.
